About Sandi Aguirre, President

In 1992, Sandi graduated from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute (RPI) in Troy, New York with a Bachelor of Science (BS) in Aeronautical Engineering and a commision in the US Navy.

In 1995, Sandi was winged as a US Naval Pilot. She served for 10 yrs in the Navy reaching Lieutenant Commander. She flew the following airplanes and helicopters: T-34C, TH-57C, HS-60 Seahawk, H-3 Viking. She also obtained her commercial fixed and rotary wing licenses.

In 1997, Sandi began studying the following computer languages and systems: XHTML, CSS, PHP, PERL, SSI, MySQL, FTP, cron jobs, Photoshop, Fireworks, Dreamweaver, Flash, Adobe Fillable Forms, MS Word, MS Excel, MS Access, MS Powerpoint, and more. She obtained her 2000 Microsoft Certified Professional certification.

Notable Projects:

In 2001, she designed the first ever Navy Blue Angels’ Homecoming Airshow website that included a live webcam to the air show.  It was in the papers and on the local news.

In 2003, she designed LTC Manager, a database application for nursing homes to keep track of resident information and to better administer care. It is still in use today.
